I work closely with Monday – a company that went through the Techstars Boulder class a couple of programs ago. Monday helps match companies with talent, and they’re doing this a couple of different ways.
One way is… well…. it’s still confidential (dammit!) but I promise it’s interesting and you’ll just have to watch Monday to see when they release their world dominating functionality. In the meantime, the other way they help match talent is through a job board for networks, like Techstars!
One idea we’re playing around with is a personal job board that shows open roles at companies I am close to. Since I love to eat my own dog food, we’re experimenting with me (along with some others because I’m not that special). After all, I am a node in a network, my own, so why not help companies I’m closest to?

As of the writing of this post, there are 46 companies on there with 225 roles! I know the founders of all these companies and can vouch for them personally and professionally.
